  • Providing The correct delivery address is the responsibility of the buyer as well as the tracking of the order once it is provided with a guide number, waybill, etc.
  • Once the guide is generated, the  buyer can no longer request a change of delivery address once the order is collected by the parcel.
  • The parcel at the time of delivery of the order, will request  an official identification (voter credential, passport, FM2 immigration form or driver's license), so we ask you to have this document at hand.
  • Deliveries are at street level. Does not include maneuvers, hauling, etc.
  • Upon receiving your order,  we recommend you check that there is no defect or alteration, if so, please do not receive it, write down the comments on the courier ballot and report it immediately to the Customer Service area via telephone (01-55 ) 5936 79965 or  email sales@ergostyle.mx
  • Note: Shipping does not include insurance, specify since it has an additional cost, all shipments per package and freight are at the risk of the buyer.
